What is an Ultimate Brand Ambassador?

An Ultimate Brand Ambassador or (UBA) is a potential elite customer that’s repeatedly buys from your brand. This is why it’s important to build a profile for your UBA in the beginning stages of your brand. Why? Because individuals believe in the vision and message that you’ve created. When you begin to build your profile for your ideal UBA, it’s good to be as detailed as you can. Because depending on the person, you want your brand’s message to resonate with them with out losing it’s integrity.

How to create your Ultimate Brand Ambassador?

To build your UBA profile one must focus on the attributes of the demographic you are trying to reach. For example, If I wanted to create a suit brand that targets African American Male Professionals I would focus on topics like, but not limited to: Age, Occupation, Income, Education, Food Preferences, Likes, Dislikes, Shopping Habits, Music, and Motivators just to name a few.

By defining these attributes, it gives you the framework to find ways to keep your message consistent and authentic to your customers. Your UBA always wants to feel like a priority just as much as the company. Of course, your UBA will evolve over time, but make sure that you update your UBA’s profile or add more profiles so that many won’t grow out the brand, but continuously grow with it.

LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED!

I repeat this once again, LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED! Yes, some brands have their ideal elite UBA. However, many of these individuals can become influencers to other demographics. For example, this suit wear company may appeal to young men in high school or middle school. So, it’s highly recommended to create a profile for them in the beginning as well. You never know who’s admiring your brand and may become your future UBA. It’s best to be prepared now then try to catch up when other demographics began to buy into your brand’s vision and messaging. In other words, like the saying goes “Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.”
